The Digital Geography Research Group is able to allocate a number of conference guest passes. These passes cover registration fees (not travel or accommodation).

You can apply for a DGRG Guest Pass by filling in our ‘Expression of Interest’ form, and emailing it to
digitalgeographiesRGS@gmail.com, by 5PM (BST) on 24th April 2026. Guest passes are intended to support participation from colleagues who may otherwise be unable to attend the conference. The allocation follows the criteria set by the Royal Geographical Society.

All applications will be assessed by a balanced group from the DGRG committee using a set rubric. For more details on the reviewing process, you can view our Review Process document.
